As Genre Director of Factual Entertainment & Formats at BBC Worldwide, I was responsible for setting and driving the content strategy to find, fund and scale IP for the global market. I oversaw the global roll out of international brands like Dancing with the Stars, Top Gear and The Great British Bake Off and worked with commissioners and producers to create slots, initiate, invest and deliver a portfolio of new IP for the global linear and OTT SVod market.

I am a Creative Mentor of the Channel 4 Indie Growth Fund advising a number of indies on creative and growth strategy and I run the Women in Film & Television Mentoring Scheme which focuses on helping mid-career women across the film and television industry to have amazing careers.
